  • Item descriptionThere is space in each module for you to post your comments or questions. These are public, so you can also engage with other designers who are taking the workshop as well! If you want to send a private message, our instructor, Megan, is also available via email.

  • No special tools are required beyond your usual knitting materials. For some sections, like pattern grading or yardage calculations, we’ll guide you through using basic tools like spreadsheets, which can be done with free or commonly available software. There is also the Kajabi app, which will make the course easier to view on your phone or tablet, but it is not a required download.

  • This course focuses on teaching universal skills that can be applied to all types of knitwear, including garments, accessories, homewares or even toys!

  • This course is best suited for intermediate to advanced knitters. If you’re comfortable following knitting patterns, understand basic knitting terminology, and are eager to explore the design process, you’re ready to dive in.

She started her journey in 2010 and has since been committed to creating patterns that blend simplicity with style. More than just designing, Megan is passionate about empowering others. Through this course, she shares her decade-long experience to help others turn their knitting passion into a rewarding business.

The Marketing Strategist

Katie-Anne, the marketing maven of Pip & Pin, has a decade of experience in digital marketing, web development, and business strategy. She and Megan co-founded Pip & Pin in 2010, transforming their passion for knitting into a successful online knitwear design business. Katie-Anne has been instrumental in expanding Pip & Pin's online presence, reaching knitters across the globe. In this course, she uses her expertise to guide others on how to effectively market and sell their knitwear designs.
