Kaslo Cardigan

CA$10.00

Digital knitting pattern pdf download

Kaslo is a v-neck cardigan with a shawl collar and set in sleeves. It is designed to be worn slightly oversized, for a comfy, cosy, “borrowing my grandpa’s sweater” kinda vibe. Three colour slipped stitch colourwork is used for the body of the sweater, while the sleeves, hem and collar are worked in a single colour.

It’s a unisex cardigan including instructions for both left-sided and right-sided button bands, and two pocket shape options. It is knit seamlessly from the top down in fingering weight yarn. * The top back is worked first, then the left and right sides are picked up and worked to the underarms. Once the back and fronts are joined, the remainder of the body is worked until the hem. The sleeves are picked up around the underarms, and the sleeve cap shaping is completed with short rows. A button band is added, and short rows are used to create the shawl collar.

Pattern is available in ten sizes; XS (S, M, L, XL, 2X, 3X, 4X, 5X, 6X)
